Paul’s expertise spans banking, retail and commercial banking, wholesale and investment banking, insurance, asset, investment and wealth management, private banking, international, private equity, fintech and professional services.
His track-record includes board and executive search, executive interim and leadership consulting, market intelligence and board advisory working with supervisory boards, Chairs, NEDs, CEOs and executive committees.
Paul has held senior management, leadership and board roles for 20 years in strategic consulting firms, PLCs, boutique executive search firms and entrepreneurial start-ups. He has extensive international experience of working on assignments throughout Europe, the US and Asia.
He joins Wilton & Bain from Berkeley Research Group (BRG), a leading strategic advisory and expert consulting firm, where he was Managing Director for Strategic Human Capital within the International Financial Services Practice.

Paul Reynolds has joined global leadership and advisory boutique, Wilton & Bain Group as Managing Partner, Financial Services Practice.
