Odgers Interim continues expansion with two new consultants

Odgers Interim, the UK’s leading interim management provider, has expanded its sector offering with the appointment of Paul Wright in its technology practice and Louise Beales who specialises in supporting the third sector, arts and heritage.

Paul’s appointment marks the expansion of Odgers Interim’s well-established technology team. The former City broker, who also trained in Deloitte’s audit practice and has run his own fin-tech search company, will support clients in software, hardware, cloud solutions and related systems integration and consultancy organisations.

Louise will lead Odgers Interim’s growth within the not-for-profit sector, recruiting senior executives across all functions. With seventeen years’ recruitment experience with leading multinational and independent businesses, Louise will now support charities to identify talent that will help them to reduce costs and work smarter in the face of continuing austerity and restructuring.

Both based in Odgers Interim’s London office, Paul and Louise will work to source talent for a range of interim positions, including interim CEOs, managing directors and financial directors.

Grant Speed, Managing Director at Odgers Interim, said: “Management teams demand advisers that really understand their sector and the challenges they face and, over the past decade, we have built one of the most experienced and specialist teams in interim recruitment. Paul and Louise’s arrival is further evidence of our commitment to invest in talent and provide our clients with access to candidates of the highest calibre.”
