Norrie Johnston Recruitment Appoints New Associate Director

Norrie Johnston Recruitment, the specialist in global executive search and interim management, has appointed Bhumika Zhaveri as a new Associate Director to develop its Talent Management offering.

Bhumika has over nine years experience working at the highest level in recruitment operations, talent and HR projects and transformation programmes. Most recently, she founded BZ Consultants where she has worked on global resourcing programmes for IT and technology companies, a sector in which Norrie Johnston Recruitment specialises.

She also has wider experience managing recruitment operations and resourcing projects, working with companies such as CSC Global, TalkTalk, Atos Consulting Group, The Children’s Society, Dixon’s Carphone and Comet Group PLC.

Graham Oates, CEO of Norrie Johnston Recruitment, comments on the appointment: “Bhumika’s previous experience, coupled with her extensive talent management knowledge will help enhance our offering in this area. Her understanding of major HR change programmes, plus her track record in end to end resourcing and emerging talent strategies, across all sectors will prove invaluable to our clients.”

“There’s so much more we can offer around talent development such as corporate coaching and talent health checks. It is going to be very exciting developing such services with Bhumika.”

Bhumika Zhaveri adds: “I am extremely impressed with the company’s approach to recruitment. The firm is currently going through a period of growth and I look forward to using my skill set to help advance this further, as well as being a part of a growing team.”

Norrie Johnston Recruitment is focused on filling senior permanent and interim executive roles, using a mix of technology plus, importantly, traditional search, employing best of breed recruiters who have real-world business experience. It argues that this combination of technology-enabled, top recruiters together with senior executive experience means the agency can provide hand-picked short lists of perfectly matched senior interim candidates within 4 days while for permanent roles the timeframe from brief to short list can be as little as 21 days.

As well as supporting international briefs across all industries Norrie Johnston Recruitment now specialises across the financial service, manufacturing & industrial, IT & Telecoms, retail, professional services and FMCG sectors.
