Candidate skills testing software supplier, ISV Software, has recruited two new team members. Aileen Loggenberg and Ria Oliver have been appointed as Regional Sales Managers, joining the team at the beginning of April 2012.
Aileen and Ria will focus on growing new business specifically from the call centre and corporate employment market, in addition to managing existing accounts in this sector. The positions have been created to support ISV’s continued expansion plans.
Aileen Loggenberg joins ISV after relocating from South Africa where she built a solid background in recruitment, running her own consultancy and managing branches of larger recruitment businesses. She takes on responsibility for Wales and the South West region. Ria Oliver will focus on the South and South East region. She brings to the company a wealth of experience in diverse roles ranging from radio advertising sales to managing retail client relationships.
ISV Software’s CEO, Laurie Dobson, commented, “We have ambitious growth plans at ISV. Last year we celebrated a 20% increase in sales and the aim is to continue on this upward path. Strengthening the team by recruiting Aileen and Ria to grow and manage our corporate customer base will further help our cause. It’s great to have them on board!”
