Livingstone expands London team with new hires

Livingstone, the international mid-market M&A and Debt Advisory firm, has strengthened the team with the appointment of three new team members.

Livingstone has added to its Media & Technology sector team with the appointment of Hannah Pettitt as Associate Director and Christina Franzeskides as Analyst, with Ian Guilfoyle joining the Industrial sector team as Associate.

Hannah previously worked at Deloitte for three years focusing on a range of sell-side and buy-side transactions.

Christina joins from PwC where she spent three years working with clients in the Financial Services sector practice before joining the firm’s specialist valuations team.

At Livingstone, both Hannah and Christina will be part of the Media & Technology sector team with a focus on advising transactions across Information, IT Services and Marketing Services verticals.

Livingstone has further expanded its industrial sector team with the appointment of Ian Guilfoyle as Associate. Prior to joining Livingstone Ian spent six years at Deloitte with three years working in the Corporate Finance team in Deloitte’s Toronto office. Ian has extensive experience in providing both sell-side and buy-side advice to international corporate and private equity clients.

Jeremy Furniss, Partner at Livingstone, commented: Hannah, Christina and Ian’s arrival reflects our confidence in the short-to medium term outlook for mid-market M&A. They bring a wealth of experience and insight which will be of huge benefit to our clients.

“This further demonstrates our dedication to recruiting exceptional young talent, providing them with the opportunity to work with great clients, with the aim of developing them up through the organisation.”
