Information management recruiter KDR has grown its account management team with the appointment of three new starters.
IT and technical recruitment specialist Sean Cody, 27, from Northwich, previously worked for Evolution Recruitment, Warrington, and Kelly Services UK, Liverpool. He is taking his expertise to KDR, where he has been appointed as account manager.
Sean is joined by graduate Liam Burke, who has taken the role of trainee recruiter. KDR has also taken on its first apprentice with the appointment of Rachael Berry, who is supporting the administration team on data cleansing and across the business.
The expansion follows a huge rise in briefs from existing and new clients, coupled with an increase in candidate applications to the Cheshire-based recruiter. KDR, which has experienced recent growth following re-branding activity which included a new website, is seeking to strengthen its position as a specialist information management recruiter, supplying highly-skilled candidates in a sector which has a noted talent shortage.
Said KDR's managing Director Mark Dexter: "We're pleased to have a self-starter like Sean on board. He"s got some cracking experience recruiting IT staff for larger businesses, and working on a client site in an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) environment.
