Adecco Group announced today that John Marshall, Executive Vice President of Adecco North America, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the UK & Ireland arm of the organisation.
Marshall, who has been with Adecco Group North America for the last 17 years, has progressed through a number of roles within the company, with his last being Executive Vice President of the Finance, Office and Legal areas of business in the United States. In this position, he achieved an exceptional level of success through revenue growth, a high internal retention rate and a strong organisational culture.
Marshall’s role as CEO of Adecco Group UK & Ireland will become effective 1 October 2015. At this time, he will also become a member of the Adecco Group Executive Committee and report in to Adecco Group CEO Alain Dehaze. Marshall will be relocating to London from Jacksonville, Florida, in the United States.

Marshall will succeed current CEO Peter Searle, who leaves the Adecco Group Executive Committee as of 4 September 2015.
