Recruitment skills testing and online training specialist, ISV Software, has appointed Amanda Davies as new Managing Director with immediate effect.
Amanda has been with ISV for two years and steps up from her previous position as Sales & Marketing Director. Laurie Dobson continues in his role as CEO. The restructure and new appointment is a forward looking, strategic move to strengthen the management team and boosts the company’s succession planning for the future.
In relation to her appointment Amanda said, “ISV is in a strong position and on an upward path of growth. Along with the team I am committed to continuing this pattern. I am delighted to have the opportunity of leading the business and supporting the CEO in developing our strategy for future growth. Last year ISV Software posted their 4th consecutive year of growth in terms of use of their skills testing and online training products, with turnover also up by over 20%.
