Experteer expands its b2b team with experienced professionals

Thirteen new hires supporting the realm of executive search firms and recruiters

Experteer (www.experteer.co.uk), the UK and Europe´s trusted partner for executive recruiting, has strengthened its Business Partner Management Team: the UK team gained two new experienced members in September, with similar growth in staffing for the Netherlands, France, Germany and Switzerland over the past two months. This growth allows Experteer to better service the established customer base of headhunters, recruitment consultants and HR managers, advising them on how to optimally fill their senior-level vacancies and providing them with tailored recruitment solutions to fit the dynamics of the job market.


Targeted support at country level


Given Experteer’s years of experience in this market, the expansion makes sense: the needs of the existing business clients can now be more specifically addressed and the process of acquiring new clients accelerated.  CEO and founder Christian Göttsch says: “The sound industry-wide recruiting and sales know-how of the new staff will ensure an optimal service for our business partners. Relevant experience in the recruiting industry


In the UK market, Farah Royer and Troy Patterson have joined the team. Their combined experience in sales and the recruitment industry will be a major asset in strengthening and growing our UK presence. Concomitantly, senior UK team member Rickardo Beckles-Burrows’ relocation to London means more customised service at the local level.


All of the new hires have years of relevant experience, with some coming from major online recruitment platforms. The new Director of International Sales, Felix Roth, gained extensive expertise at CareerBuilder, as did Roy van Beek and Bart Tempora Leal, who are supporting the Dutch market.  Karen Schwenn, who now leads the agency business for Experteer in Germany, brings over 10 years of professional sales experience at Stepstone.
