Capita Resourcing, the recruitment outsourcing and talent consulting provider, is today announcing the appointment of Chris Merrick as its new Business Development Director

Capita Resourcing, the recruitment outsourcing and talent consulting provider, is today announcing the appointment of Chris Merrick as its new Business Development Director. In this pivotal role, Chris is responsible for expanding the company’s presence into key markets, as well as business development and sales.

Chris’ appointment reflects the business’ strategy for growth and further highlights Capita Resourcing’s position as a leading and trusted provider in the industry.

Chris’ main responsibilities will be in identifying and developing new business opportunities, working with clients to shape solutions and helping organisations to achieve their strategic resourcing objectives.

Chris has an impressive background in the recruitment industry, having worked in the sales departments of both Hays and Resource Solutions where he had responsibility for the end-to-end management of the sales process for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions. Most recently, Chris held the Sales Director role at Carbon60, specialising in the aviation, defence & government and construction sectors, as well as engineering and technical placements.
