Candidate Manager, a leading global provider of web-based Applicant Tracking Systems is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Ellis as Business Development Manager.


Tim has 10 years’ experience working in sales and project based roles within the recruitment, e-mail marketing and banking sectors. Prior to joining Candidate Manager, Tim worked for Candidate Manager’s sister company MyJobGroup, also part of saongroup, where he had a variety of roles specialising in New Business Development. During his time there he launched new MyJobGroup regional recruitment websites in the South West and East Anglia. Tim also managed the purchase, acquisition and growth of the Local Jobs Group over 80 local recruitment websites based in the South East, before progressing to the position of National Accounts Manager at MyJobGroup.


Tim also previously held the positions of Permanent Consultant with Manpower; Project Manager at HSBC Mortgage Service Centre; and New Business Development Manager at Media Buzz.
