ADP announces changes to UK senior management team

Appointments drive firm’s growth plans and new brand positioning

ADP®, a leading global provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, is excited to announce changes to its UK Executive Committee to support the firm’s continued strong growth in the market. This follows the recent launch of ADP’s new brand which positions the firm as ‘A more human resource’.

Following our sustained growth in the UK, we are excited to bring in fresh talent and thinking to help us cement our position and go even further in delighting our clients.”

Jeff Phipps has been appointed as General Manager, ADP UK. Jeff will continue to grow the business, focus on strategic client requirements, and drive innovation for the future. He joins ADP from Systemax, where he was Executive Vice President and General Manager for Germany, Austria & Switzerland. With a strong background in the industry, Jeff has previously worked in IT consultancy, sales and business leadership roles at Tandem, HP and Dell. He also has a background in IT management at a number of leading financial services firms. Jeff replaces David Foskett, who has moved into the role of Senior Vice President Sales for EMEA, LATAM and AsiaPac at ADP.

Mark Fiander has joined ADP UK as Strategy and Marketing Director. In this new role, Mark will focus on forming the future strategy for ADP UK to meet clients’ needs, broadening  the organisation’s proposition and driving brand consideration to support business growth. Mark joins ADP from the Money Advice Service, and has previously held senior strategy and marketing roles across a number of industries, including consumer products and financial services.
