Drake will supply all the back office support including payroll and invoicing needed to allow you to focus on what you know best - recruiting and building a business. We handle all your invoicing, payrolling and credit control, the stuff that can really bog a fledging business down and make the difference between success and failure.

We will also assist with your marketing offering guidance as well as materials required to make sure you are known as the recruiter of choice in your territory. Plus, regular ongoing business and sales support for those tricky meetings or tenders.

There is a short list of requirements that must be met before a successful applicant can join the License Programme:

  • Minimum TWO years’ experience in the Recruitment Industry
  • Proven track record in ‘Closing the deal’
  • Robust business and marketing plan

You will be required to open a business bank account and become VAT registered
