When I set-up Ascendant Recruitment in 2003, my vision was to offer a service that was deliberately different to other recruitment agencies. I wanted Ascendant to gain a reputation for delivering a high quality recruitment service that is professional, friendly and reliable to candidates and clients in Milton Keynes, Northampton and the surrounding areas. Fast forward to the present and I am proud to say we count many of the region’s finest employers amongst our clients and our company continues to go from strength-to-strength. We have grown from our roots in Office Support and now also run specialist divisions in the fields of Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing and Human Resources.
