Graeme previously held senior marketing positions in Telecom NZ and AAPT and was the Australasian Marketing Director for esolutions, a joint venture between EDS, Microsoft and Telecom NZ.

Davor formed Resumo Pty Ltd in 2002 with the purpose to actively develop and promote advanced leading-edge candidate evaluation and resume screening systems. In the same year Resumo has made strategic alliance with the Burning Glass Technologies from USA, developer of worlds most advanced and effective artificial intelligence solutions for resume processing, screening and search.
Resumo Inc. is now based in Toronto, Canada with activities spreading as far as UK, USA and Australia in promotion as well as consulting on the design of effective web-based recruiting strategies, resume processing and screening tools, and employment websites.

Previously, Davor spent five years as Head of IT for the Slade Group (formerly Lyncroft Consulting), one of the largest recruitment agencies in Australia. While at Slade, Davor was instrumental in the introduction of its web-enabled job and candidate application system as well as in architecting the integration of Slade's recruitment, accounting, and payroll systems.

Davor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Zagreb, Croatia as well as a Graduate Diploma in Applied Information Systems and Master of Business in IT from the RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia.

Learn how over the last 18 months recruitment process has been transitioned online to handle recruitment of entry level staff. Whole process has been streamlined including pre-qualification of applicants. This has created measurable bottom-line savings as well as shorten the time taken to make recruitment decision. Key vendor in the project was NGA.net from Melbourne.

Andrew Banks came to Australia from the UK in the early 1970s and commenced his career as an actor with The Old Tote Theatre Company, including the Macbeth production at The Opera House. To supplement his income as a fledgling actor, he was a partner in a successful Sydney restaurant business.

He then “cut his hair and got a normal job”, and completed six successful years in the international corporate sector as a human resources professional working in the UK, Norway and the USA, before returning to Australia to join the Executive Recruitment Industry in its early years of development.

Andrew, together with Geoff Morgan, founded Morgan & Banks in early 1985, and grew the company to become the dominant recruitment force in Australia and Asia. The company went public in 1995 and sales grew to over $700 million, before it was acquired by TMP/Monster.com in 1999, a US listed company on the NASDAQ.

Andrew spent the last three years of his time with TMP in New York as Global Director responsible for over 30 acquisitions, and 4,500 staff operating in 32 countries around the world.

Together with Geoff Morgan, Andrew has authored four books on recruiting, and he works in their investment company, Morgan & Banks Investments, which has a wide range of interests including property development and operating businesses, as well as being a major shareholder and director of Talent2 International (TWO), a publicly traded company on the ASX, which focuses on Executive Search & Selection, Workforce Management and Human Capital Outsourcing.

In 2004, Geoff and Andrew were the recipients of the Ernst; Young Master Entrepreneur of the Year Award given for sustained success in business.
